DefinitionThe EU Declaration of conformity shall be written up by the manufacturer of the equipment or component, as the legal binding document from the manufacturer to the purchaser / user ensuring conformity with the relevant EU directive(s). EU declaration of Conformity shall be delivered according to requirements of the relevant EU - directives with respect to conformity assessment procedures and eventual necessary involvements of Notified Bodies. Certificate(s) of conformance, required by relevant directive(s), shall be available.
