RDS Operations Support

To be able to make a requests to/about/ the RDS (Reference Data Services) System and RDL (Reference Data Library) you can create a ticket as a request:

In the left-hand side menu choose New ticket. This will display a request form, where some fields are mandatory to have a valid request.

Make sure that the follwing fields are filled out:

  1. Summary – Title of request
  2. Reporter:
  3. Description of request
  4. Service Area
  5. Type:

Interpretation Service Area: RDS System: All requests that require assistance on technical issues of availability of HW/SW, Report on failure, downtime etc . Requests concerning access or modification to access

RDL Content: All requests concerning the Reference Data Library content, proposals for change requests at WIP and the ISO 15925 Standard. For content development requests, correction of errors
