Practical Information
Accommodation
We have selected the the following four hotels as Conference Hotels.
To receive the contracted rate, the attendees should book hotel as part of the registration.

Transportation
There will be provided bus transportation to and from the conference all days.
The bus will pass by all the hotels that we have made special arrangements with, Skagen Brygge Hotell, Thon Hotel Maritim, and First Hotel Alstor. If staying at a different hotel you can show up outside one of the listed hotels.
Driving schedule can be downloaded here (Small changes in the driving schedule might occur- please keep yourself updated).
In order for us to book a bus of the right size, if you are planning on using the bus transportation please give a note to Kari Anne H. Thorsen (kari.anne@…).
